Hey Aaron, so I ordered the white Vulkan Ultra Light A1 about 5 days ago, and the order is still "pre processing". Is that normal? Emailed customer service and no reply. Sorry I'm not familiar with how this works but I thought it ships out the next business day? Let me know, thanks!
